We went "camping" in my parents trailer at the beach! It was pretty dang fun!
There was a little pathway through a park and it ended at the beach. It was such a great location.
We didn't waste any time and took a stroll down to the beach. It was a little gloomy the first day, but that didn't stop us from having fun!
Daddy and the kiddos.
This little one doesn't sleep good anywhere besides in her own crib at home, but I had to look at the bright side and was so grateful that I got to cuddle with her. Even though that left me exhausted and paranoid that she was going to wake up everyone and our neighbors all night long.
Here is Nana teaching Lola how to walk.
And Nana and the babes.
Family photo!
The cool thing for the kids to do around the park was ride their bikes. Colt fit right in. He thought the bike racks were the coolest things ever!
Here he is on the pathway to the beach. It had a beautiful little pond/marsh on one side.
And we couldn't pass a picture up of this cute thing.
Lola liked to crawl straight for the water, so I quickly improvised and built a playpen.....or a hole, whichever you would like to call it. It totally worked, they loved it!
Look at that cheese face!
There was a little tunnel to pass under on the way to and from the beach and this pretty mural was on the wall. A perfect spot for a picture of Colt and Nana.
Mommy and Lola selfie.
We had so much fun staying in the trailer and enjoying each others company, while laying on the beach! Family and vacations are the best!
